How pricing works

Fixed price, no surprises

You pay for a defined result, not for hours.

  • The price is set after a free call, once I know your data and your goals.
  • What moves it: the number of data sources, the number of KPIs, how clean the data is and how much needs automating.
  • Once we agree on scope and price, both are fixed. If you want more later, I quote that separately.
  • You own the files, the logic and the process, and documentation is included.

Questions about services

How is the price decided?

The prices here are starting points. The final price depends on the number of data sources and KPIs, how clean your data is and how much needs automating. I quote after a free call, and the price is fixed once we agree.

What if I need more than 10 KPIs or 3 data sources?

That usually points to the Complete KPI Reporting System. I will tell you honestly if your project has outgrown a tier, before you pay for anything.

Do I need to prepare anything before we start?

Access to your current data sources and a few example reports or dashboards. I guide you through the rest on the discovery call.

Can I start with the audit and continue with a build?

Yes. The written plan from the audit becomes the scope for the build, so nothing is wasted.

Who owns the files at the end?

You do. The file, the logic and the process are yours, and documentation is included so your team is not stuck once the project ends.
