Twenty years of reading reports before building them
Most BI consultants have only built dashboards. I spent more than 20 years on the operational side of reporting first, across customer service, operations and finance.
That shapes how I work. I know what it is like to sit in a review with a report nobody trusts, and I know which numbers actually change a decision. Then I moved deeper into business intelligence and analytics.
For the past four years I have built KPI models, DAX measures and automated reporting inside contact-center and operations teams. I bring that same rigor to every project, with reporting that is clear, useful and ready for decisions.
